Handled Perfectly

I have been looking to replace my existing truck for over a year, but due to Covid etc, I just couldn't find what I was looking for as prices have increased for used trucks and stock levels appear to be lower around the country. I normally buy trucks that are 2-3 years old with relatively low mileage. To be honest I did want a higher spec truck. Ideal Commercials were on my favourite's list, so I would regularly check their website. Eventually, they had a Pre-registration Ford Transit Utility Cab Tipper for sale, with an unusually high spec, perfect. I spoke to Ideal Commercials on a Saturday morning, deposit paid, 12 days later truck delivered, at 7.15 am. I was apprehensive buying a truck from a dealer I had never dealt with before and I didn't see the truck until it was delivered. No need to worry, they handled everything perfectly. When you phone them they always answer the phone, very important to me. Very happy customer.
